Bohol Province cited for its Outstanding Rabies Prevention and Elimination Program

Feb. 05 (PNA) – President Benigno S. Aquino III confers the Plaque of Outstanding Program to Bohol Province: Rabies Prevention and Elimination, represented by Iloilo Governor Edgardo Chatto, one of the recipients of the Galing Pook Awards 2011 at Malacanang’s Rizal Ceremonial Hall on Monday (Jan. 30, 2012). In March 2007, the provincial government of Bohol developed its Rabies Prevention and Elimination Program to help eliminate rabies cases in the province.
